Here are four categories of benefits you can use to help remember common herbal teas and some of their benefits.

1) Energize

Energize and put a little pep in your step with these herbs and teas that can provide a natural boost of caffeine or aromatic benefits that can energize and invigorate you when you need it most. These are great to use in your morning routine, before workouts, or to extend your afternoon energy.
